Welcome to Childhood Obesity Wales's blog! We are trying to raise awareness to an issue that may be the hardest our generation has to find a solution for.

Freya-  Hi, I created this blog as I have a profound interest in making sure the future generations children are of a healthy weight, and cannot struggle from the issues associated with childhood obesity. On this blog I hope to post recipes and product reviews as well as solutions and advice as to how to tackle childhood obesity.

Kate- Hello, I work on this blog as well as another blog which you can find at, ObesityWales. I post images that I find on the web, videos, and my own opinions. I hope people who find this blog will find what we post interesting and informative.

Anna- My name is Anna, I want to create not only a safe environment for overweight children but also try to make them a hes I like finding other peoples opinions, and posting them to let a wider audience see them. I also post news articles and stories that are relevant to this blog, I hope you enjoy scrolling. I like looking through websites such as tumblr and other social medias.
